what are the the best alternatives to media player that uses less cpu??? also play can real quicktime format...

Windows Media Player 6.4 and install another quicktime player.

VideoLan and BSplayer don't know about Quicktime don't use it.

Jetaudio plays quicktime formats (.mov and .qt).
