Avi Movie Split Programs

does anyone know any good programs that can split a avi movie file into 2?

i tried avi splitter but it doesn't save the second part

Why are you splitting.

its too big and i want to burn it was a vcd, not data cd

Convert the whole avi and then cut the Mpeg you get in 2. Less chance of audio errors.

all you need, if you don't want to source the range, just convert the whole movie and after it ends, open the mpeg tools and just split it
