Where can I search for old Tweets of any user?

Hi, Actually I need 4 months old Tweets with their likes and impressions and also the influencers who have engaged with them. I am using Twitter R and advanced techniques but couldn't get the relevant data.
Do you know any way for this?

Whenever I hear this word, I feel both pity and fear for the people whom they apparently influence.

Anyway, the US Library of Congress archives every tweet, so maybe ask them :unsure: Perhaps there's something like Pushshift but for Twitter, but I have no idea.

Search up the following on Twitter:
from:username since:YYYY-MM-DD until:YYYY-MM-DD
this will show the specific tweets sent in the period which you can define. whether it be for example since January 1, 2010 (write since:2010-01-01) or until like December 31, 2011 (write until:2011-12-31)
You can use either one of them or both, and they'll either begin or stop at the specified times.
