Nero 6 Ultra Wont' Update?

I have the Nero Ultra 6.0.23 version ..but when i tried to update to 6.0.28 it turned the whole thing to a Demo version??

anyone with Nero encountered this?

yes i know but they wont' work i think this is one of the reason that Nero updated...i heard that the new version will detect Key generators..
