O.k. ... So what good is the family filter if a the user can check off the " No, leave adult filter enabled " and continute to download offensive content ? The other two options ask for a password, but the last lets you go your merry way ! Is this a program error or what ? as it makes no sense.

You really shouldn't be using the filter in kazaa lite because it is easily bypassed. You could invest in professional family filtering software but even that is easily bypassed. There really is no guaranteed way to restrict content.

For some family friendly P2P, tell your kids about bittorrent. Download the Azureus Bittorrent Client (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/) and go to Suprnova.org (http://www.suprnova.org). Azureus is an excellent Bittorrent client and Suprnova.org have a no pornography policy.
