Splitting Music

Hey there guys, how you doing?
i wanted to ask you if anyone knows of a programme for splitting music (as in cutting off bits at the end like radio thingys or people talking)...

any help will be great thanks :)

I use Sonic Foundery SoundForge.

I'm currently using 6.0, but I believe that a 7.0 has been released.
It does this perfectly, and gives you allot of other opitions as well.
I recommend it highly.
