What is remotely? why does it happens and when it does i can't seem to download anymore =\

Please help.

Remotely Queued means you are in line waiting for a slot to open with that user... patience is a virtue when this happens. You will eventually connect to the user (provided they don't go offline).

Besides to what GMC0529 said, right-click the download and click "Find More Sources For Download", also enable the Accelerator.
