MySpleen has older cartoons. I think, think is the main word...access to their forums are free, then just ask for an invite? I remember that's how I got in it. I used to have like a 100 invites, now zero.

MS is very difficult to join these days. Open signups, applications, user invites and recruitment are all inexistent. There are some reports of people getting in after "proving themselves" to staff with a large collection of uploadable material, but that's not an option for most.
