Over the past five years, Turkish real estate prices have been rising steadily. On average, per year, the cost per square meter increases by 20%. It is very good to have such statistics. It is a good time to invest money, for example, in buying a house. But, for me as an inexperienced person, it becomes scary to buy a house in Turkey from another country. What are some proven and reliable options to make such a deal happen?

Wait for the next earthquake; pick up your house for pennies on the dollar. Or lira. Or whatever they use.

Literally.

Anyway, my inner raccoon says that if you want to transform Turkey's crisis into (your) opportunity, you could start by reselling their Steam games...

I prefer Chicken to Turkey. Also and this is just my personal opinion and is such the only reality I accept, people who buy real estate as an investment which leads to prices increasing so that actual people wanting to buy a home to live in can't afford it, can all go fuck themselves.

I asked them if they have a deal on cleaning chickens and they seem to hang up the phone on me:sadwalk:

I saw someplace that something crazy like 90% of home listings in Toronto are bought as either income properties. If all these flush investors didn't vampire up everything immediately at above asking prices then maybe there would be some downward pressure and homes would actually be more affordable to first time buyers. Maybe as a "capitalist" you are fine with young families with children being forced to live forever in rental properties or with relatives so that a few cunts can have nicer things but I'm afraid, sir that I am not.

Hey listen i am not Fuck Face remember

I think you have some valid points, your stats are not right/accurate for sure, but ya valid, and again it is a lot of non Canadian citizens buying up those houses Idol, so what say you about that??

I sold my house, do you think it was a Canadian Citizen who purchased it??

So if a Canadian put in an offer for "X", and an immigrant offer was significantly higher, should i have been nice and sold it to the Canadian??

Please Idol, be real here buddy:hug:

Now i had a long ass rebuttal/opinion, but i decided to edit and delete it because it makes no difference....

So i did give you an example of one of the main problems

So what say you on a fix to the so called problem you type :whistling.....

And Truly you like nice things yourself don't you??

Are the Drag Shows you do now really that profitable ??

Or Do you have a new scientific recipe for growing money on trees that you pay for them :P
