Why can I not grab .NZB files

Hi!

I hope someone can help me. I am a member with one-star status. In the past, I have always been able to download two .NZB files per day after posting a thank you comment to the poster. Now, after logging on to the website after a while, I can no longer see a "Grab .NZB" button to download the file after I thank a poster, even though the Welcome message states that Members get two free grabs per day. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Occasionally as in random, or as in purposely based on certain actions from member? I don't understand.

I continue to have this problem. Can someone point me in the right direction to get this resolved? Thank you!

I have tried with multiple posts but the "Grab .nzb" button does not appear after I thank a poster.

My advice is to reach Poster (20 posts) as they're exempt from this mechanic. Your daily grabs will increase to 10, also!
