Ok, am i a little slow or is there an online grand theft auto vice citY? I saw a "patch" for it on irc. Can someone explain this whole thing to me plz?

u mean multi theft auto. it's good. but it's buggy. i'd just play some regular mp. this is a mod from the original. but it needs a lot of work
