Kazaa Don't Convert Dat File

After download, dat files are not converted and I always have to rename them manualy... why?(sorry for poor english :)

When the download is complete, just leave Kazaa open for a while. I think that you're exiting the program too fast. I did that once.

the dat file has data regarding the target folder where it will be saved after completion.in case the download folder is changed or renamed the dat file still searches for the old target folder which no more exists. so if you have changed your default shared folder try restoring it. problem should end.

Problem also happens when u r preveiwing a movie, if the movie finish's while it is being used by AVI Preview or any other Program KaZaA cannot rename the file so it remains a .dat file
