I'll be getting a new hard drive in a couple weeks, and I want to put xp on it. I use 98 now. I'll download a cracked version of xp, and I also have a friend who can give me one. what I want to know, how do I get the service packs and windows updates for it? can you get them from microsoft itself? I mean can they tell that you have a pirated version of xp if you try to connect? and if not, what about on here? I've seen the service packs, but what about the various updates?
