Which member would you like to find out more about, be a fly on the wall in their house, just to see what they are really like.
NO YOU CANNOT DO THIS SIMPLY TO OBSERVE THEM NAKED, DON'T GO THERE!
Hypoluxa is not intriguing, just an angry boy, and pretty harmless IRL, I'm sure. Nothing you would learn from spying on him that you don't already know.

I would have to say "Chalkmongoose"

The guy was intelligent, funny, and a complete liar. Referrred to himself as a 16 y/o alcoholic living independently in NYC and seemed to have lots of time to visit the board. After being banned for hosting "kiddie porn", he returned as Tartan Fruit Fly, purporting to be a learned man giving lectures in NYC.

All in all, he was booted from the board for the k.p. incident.

My fear is that we may have had an actual brush with someone who is doing "bad things". I picture this guy in his 30's, probably did leave home early (age 14) as he stated, and probably is or was an alcoholic.

I see him as educated, probably financially stable, and liked by his co-workers. A true chameleon and a very dangerous one.

I would really like to be able to see what he is upto right now, I still get this eerie feeling that he may be seducing and or taking advantage of some children, even as I type this.

I may be off base on this, but although gone from the board, he left a troubling residue on my mind.

The moment I saw the thread title the same name sprang to my mind, Hobbes.

I often wonder if he's on the forum right now in another guise.

Still, he'd love that.

I don't think so Chalice. After a while, "tendancies" start to show and I know that vigilant bountyhunter JPaul would have spotted him.

In retrospect, I fear all we managed to do with CM is teach him caution. Next time he won't be so sloppy with his pseudonyms and vernacular.

I believe it was Balaam last time who spotted him. He was a mod at the time and able to measure up the ips.

It wasn't really the IP's that gave him away. He had me completely fooled untill he started giving away more and more info that was all too good to be true.
When I put all that together with places he had named, I knew the IP wasn't right. He was using a proxy and randomising them.
The final clues came when his favourite proxies failed and he used a Newyork IP. When called on it, he suddenly moved to New Zealand or something.
The excuse for a new proxy location.
It really was only a bluff that caught him. Jpaul and I both worked on him a bit and he pretty much blew his own cover.
Team work gentlemen! And I aint talking about the mod "team".

To be honest Skweeky, at one time JPaul referred to himself as a barsteward and I actually took that literally for 2 reasons:

1) The damn UK has a similar but different word for everything and theirs seem a little more formal than our words, so I assumed
barsteward= bartender.

2) It seemed like a perfect job for him. The man behind the counter with the sharp mind, sharp tongue and a drink at the ready.

I sheepishly admit to not getting that play with words until I heard him say "cork sucker", then it all clicked into place.

Here is a picture of his livingroom or is it his bathroom, all his rooms kinda look the same.
