it's a known issue with Pipex webspace...sometimes images take a while to load...look again though and you'll see it

press print screen on your keyboard, when looking at the desktop
open paint (or photoshop etc), press ctrl+v
save the image as whatever you like

By the way this is my first time ever posting an image, my ISP gives 10MB of space on a personal site, just activated it... hope it works!!

Edit: the image is best at 1280 x 1024 and some parts of Alaska and New Zealand had to be cut off to make the map bigger :rolleyes:

Ive gotta admit, Cygnus-Z has the best desktop ive seen so far, although all have been good

Sadly i just formatted my pc to crappy win 2000, and it will stay that way till i can get the XP disk at the weekend, so untill then heres a virtual tour of my desktop :D

:My wallpaper is standard Win 2000 blue. On the left side of the screen there are the icons My Documents, My Computer, My Network Places, Recycle Bin and Internet Explorer. On the bottom of the screen is my taskbar in a lovely shade of grey, and my shortcuts are Show Desktop, Internet Explorer, and Outlook Express.

The items on my taskbar are: Kazaa Lite Board, Control Panel, Local Disk (C:) and Msn Messenger

In my taskbar, There are two blue letters E and N, Zone Alarm, and MSN messanger which I have just noticed has signed out by itself AFUCKINGAIN!

The time is 5.58 PM

Can anybody tell im kind of pissed off round about now?

In response to your pm cygnus-y I had forgotten your name at the time of posting and really couldnt be bothered to look it up, I assumed saying i got it from software world selection would make sure that people knew it was not mine, i have in no way profitted from the usage of this wallpaper.

Have a look at the themes, as long as your running XP they should work

you'll also need something called the "style xp patch", its a little exe that allows you to use non windows themes

Running Xp Pro

The clock is a nice little piece of freeware called TClockEx.. you'll find it here (http://www.rcis.co.za/dale/) if you're interested.

I'm running an active desktop, the car and the background is a .jpg I made in photoshop.
The Search fields and Link buttons are on a little webpage that I made up with the background matched to the jpg

To round it off and continue with the blueness I run StyleXP with the Opus Natural theme.
