How Much Can You Bench Press ?

I am just starting to get into the total working out thing and i can bench press only about 100lbs.

Yes I wear glasses and my vision is TERRIBLE. :(

I have stigtmatism and its -3.5 oUcH !!!

i dont press. i just lift weights for the various other body parts.

but the ab machine i have, i do about 80-100 pounds 20 reps 5 times. thats my proud achievment.

I used play football and ran track in school. I'm much stronger now.
I play basketball now and workout alot.

I live in America and wouldn't dare go into the military.

I have a mild astigmatism and can go without my specs but my eyes get tired. What exactly is the connection between eyesight and bench collecting?

800lbs is 800 lbs reguardless of what it is. BTW I bench 380 MAX.

I had to bench press my bike off me a couple of weeks ago...........it&#39;s 225kg (I think thats about 500lbs), don&#39;t really bench press, only lift when I have to :)

And my vision is perfect :)
