Adding Spaces To Full Album D/loads?

I d/ld some full album files in mp3. Problem is, there are no spaces between the tracks, so i cant fast forward/rewind one track at a time. Is there a way to add in spaces?

I think you could get a free extractor program called AlbumWrap to do this.
