Rebootex?

Hiya There,
I was wondering if anyone has heard of rebootex.
it is a program that can shut down, log off and reboot at a specific time. its quite a good program, but does anyone have it or know where you can get it free. <_<
If you wanna chech it out just go to google and type rebootex and it will come up.
