Converting From Fat32 To Ntfs

hey,

i jus wanna know how to convert from FAT32 to NTFS without formatting my hd. stupid me didnt convert to ntfs last time i formatted =/
i've read a few articles but i didnt quite get them.

just wanted to know:

will i lose ne files in conversion?
do i need a specific amount of free hd space?
and how to do it? =p

3. start -> run then type cmd. then from the command prompt that appears type help convert and that should tell you everything you need to know (you may need to boot to command prompt)
