Get yourself a nice spy/aware killer like Ad-Aware, or Spybot Search & Destroy.

And right click on the toolbar and you can remove or add what you like. :)

you gotta get spybot s&d, go to webattack.com and look for it or google
(also look in tools>internet options>settings>view objects for said browser helpers)

aola, along with spybot sd and adawre, I use hijackthis Link (http://mjc1.com/mirror/hjt/) , Forum to post your log (http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index.php?showforum=44)

I had that damn myfastaccess installed at one point, what a pain in the ass to get rid of.

Good luck

moral of anyone reading this, be very careful of those gray boxes that ask you to install shit, and you really should run ad aware or s&s at least once a week

doesn't need it, besides google tool bar has spy ware if you have page rank on, witch most do, ad muncher seems to be the best, but if your still using ie you should get a different browser, lots of exploit's in ie
http://www.myie2.com is a good choice if you like ie

IMO it is the best, but you either gotta shell out the $25-30 they ask for registration
or work with a keygen, and i found out the hard way they scan em :(

Yeah, remember the security box that asks if you want to install is windows so clicking close or the x is safe as you wont be tricked, its just windows doesn't know what it is which is going to be installed so asks, no need to end task.

Oh, and thanks for software recommendtions, I'll try them. :)

You can use HiJack This (http://www.merijn.org/files/hijackthis.zip) (freeware) to remove unwanted toolbars, buttons, menu items, and more from IE.
