say k-lite from now on ;) :P :)

ok....extract all files into the folder and try running setup again.... not from inside the zip or rar file...

what exactly do you mean by extract all files to "the" folder? what folder are you talking about? I unzip it with winrar, then run the setup program, when I am done extracting the files I go through the install process but I get this message saying "error number -113, refer to online help", and then something about data.hdr

I think you probably have a corrupted "photoshop 7"

When I installed it there were no problems (164,324KB version)

p.s "The Folder" means any folder of your choosing

My file is that exact same size, don't think it's the photoshop that is corrupted....still have to try and get rid of all my temp, files taking forever to find the .tmp files!

hmmm dont look for .tmp files.....just goto Accesories->System tools -> disk cleanup....

just double click your downloaded "photoshop 7"

A window then comes up "winzip self extractor"

Click on "Brouse"

choose a folder. i.e C:\andy

click "unzip"

you should now get a message "21 files unzipped successfully"

go to C:\andy

doubleclick "photoshop" folder

doubleclick "Setup.exe"

it should now install

If you are going to d/l a different version why not go for the new "Photoshop CS" (8)

It's in the verifieds.

you've got to remember that when d/loading large files on kazaa even verifieds can get corrupted, sometimes you have just got to be prepared to try d/loading again.

Best of luck
