hi sorry if this wrong forum but seems most fittin from wat i culd see, how do i open a .rar movie film and watch it?

i extracted the 250mb .rar movie into my documents now loads of 15mb .rar files,now what plz?!?!?

now click the lowest numbered rar and it will give the file to extract.
