File Missing

just downloaded a rugby league game demo and it says the dynamic link library DINPUT.dll coudn't be found in the specific path anyone know hat this means?

does it mean i need direct X??

I think it's part of DirectX. You can find just that file if you search here (it probably belongs in your Windows\System folder):

But it might be better to just get the latest version of DirectX from Microsoft.com and install it.
