how do i link video clips together with the tmpenc program or can someone explain how to do it otherwise

You need couple of apps. for that,one is asf tools for joining .avi's etc.,and the other one's MpgJoin,do a search on Google,or even on kazaa & I'm sure you'll find 'em.

all u need to do is open tmpgenc click file,scroll down to mpeg tools then click the murge and cut tab then chosse your clips
