Rpc Terminated Unexpectedly?

I'm talking to some one on MSN and her laptop keeps shutting down. A message comes up saying "RPC Terminated Unexpectedly"

What does it mean, how can it be fixed?

yea.... weird you got the worm now tho...i hadnt seen it lately :)

oh well..... if u dont want it anymore (i never got it :) ) just get MS's patch :)
