You know with CPU Usage how u can make sum porgrams use idel CPU power eg a program can use 100% CPU thats not beening used by uthere stuff

can u do that with internet

be cos a lot of scabs i know cap there upload so it wont slow there internet now if there was a way to oley upload what your not useing ppl wood upload a shit load more cos it wood not slow there internet

now think about that that wood make ppl upload gigs faster and make BT far beter then it is

Dus it allow u to tell a porgram to oley use idle internet e nuthere words lets just say my max download was 10 and my max upload was 5

then i have BT runing and if it was oley useing idle internet

that meen wen i am away BT wood get a full 10k down and 5k up
but then if i was to start serfing porn sites useing up 3k download and 2k upload
then BT wood slow down to 7k download and 3k upload knowing that i was useing the netfor sumthing more inportant then wen i am dun with the porn site and go have a shower then BT download Speeds go back to 10k down and 5k up

now for god sacks dus aney one know what i am tolking about?

No its not that smart,you can only set min/max upload/download for each running application,you can set it to give 10/5 to 1 app or 8/3 to 1 and 2/2 to another ;)
