Are these all either freeware, or abandonware ?

Some of each I think, Winamp 2.9 & 3 aren't abandonware

What about Nero 6

Surely that is still under copyright. Or are these trial versions of the software.

Whatever it is, it is nice to know that older software is still available.

I often wondered what it would be like to install my Windows 3.0 from the Radio Shack CDrom. And all of the original prefab software.

Why would anyone want the original Napster when the servers were shut down? It's useless.

This site is a good idea though. I often find newer versions of programs are full of so much unecessary crap that it makes them too slow and complicated. Sometimes they should just leave well enough alone. I still use old versions of ACDSee, Winamp, and Windows Media Player.

I agree.

Currently I use PaintShop Pro 4.12 for quickie graphics

I Also use PanicWare Po-pup Stopper v2.8 Now that is an ironclad program! Stops 100% of all pop-ups. A little too much some times.

I use Winzip 6

I also use a few other programs, I install them when needed.
