Bootup Screen Image

I dont generally use any themes, bootup screen etc.

But I found this (http://www.skinbase.org/rate.php?skins=14731) one interesting and wanted to try it out. As you will also see Logon Loader is recommended there but Logon Loader expects an exe file. SO I couldnt get to that to work with it.
Any Idea how to install that or make it work with Logon loader or any other software?

If anyone is interested, you need a program like Logon Studio... :rolleyes:
