Need A Quicktime (mov) Converter

I have a quicktime file (mov) and I want to convert it to something else like avi or mpg. Does someone know of a good program that will work? Please don't suggest winmpg video convert. I don't like it and want something else besides it. I need a freeware program or some program that has a crack for it. Thanks for any help. ;)

um. . . quicktime pro does that, it's in the `save as' options.

Just use TMPGEnc with the QuickTime plug-in.
