How do you turn off your firewall?

It is said that turn off your firewall before doing whatever setting up ip or fasting forward the port...

I keep having YELLOW LIGHT!!!...

If you mean Windows firewall:

Go to "start" then "settings" choose "control panel" up to "administrative tools" choose "component services" then"services(local)" find "Internet Connection Firewall" right click on it choose "properties" then in "startup type:" choose disabled ;)
