Try this link (http://www.neowin.net/comments.php?id=13488) for some 'useful' info...

Also, Norton (http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nip.nsf/33e52197341bf25988256a9b007e63c2/0b71ddbd3f9d8f3e88256a780056e313?OpenDocument&src=bar_sch_nam) seem to have some info on it. It is basically Malicious Software (hence malware).

After you have read this document, try looking in your control panel > add or remove programs > look in this list if anything is installed that looks similar to this.

Also, search in and around the folder you located this malware, and look for and uninstall. Most have a red cross through them (that is, if it's a 'legit' piece that has been installed with your consent).

REMEMBER - ALWAYS READ WHAT YOU ARE INSTALLING. UNTICK BOXES SUCH AS 'ADD AOL ITEM TO DESKTOP'. ALSO, NEVER ACCEPT THEM POP-UPS LIKE 'DO YOU ACCEPT THE AGGREEMENT FROM GATOR AGREEMENT LALALA ETC...'
