Need Voice Altering And Photo Enhancing Programs

any of you heard of where i can get my hands on programs that can alter my voice so voiceprint cannot be recognized by analyzing?

also I need program that can enhance digital photos, like adding more pixels to a photo to make the image clearer and readable.

I am collabrating with major anti-riaa orgs to do a lil "work"
