.sfv File?

i just got lotr: return of the king, the game from supernova and and all three cd's there are sfv files which i don't know how to extract. Anybody know what to do?

you use winrar....right click, open with, choose winrar

Self extracting archive file. You can just open the first/last .rar, although the .sfv also opens with WinRAR.
