well, i'd get both. intel mobos arn't that expensive if u only want an agp slot. as 4 the cpu, if ur getting a new mobo and cpu, might as well go with amd, if ur pressed on cash
btw, do u still want my 5200?

i would get both but including the gfx card i only have about 200 to spare...unless you want me to get another celeron and cheap mobo combo again...its either the cpu or mobo

$40 Socket A mobo for Amd Athlon XP and Duron (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-185-005&catalog=22&depa=1)
$40 gets u a AGP 8x mobo
AMD AThlon XP 2600 (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=19-103-417&catalog=343&depa=1)
$100 gets a pretty good cpu. oc's pretty well
if u want a good hsf, those are $20-40
and my 5200 is $55. so u got enough
