Is there a program that lets you record your desktop like make a video of you using your computer, so i can show some dumbass friends how to do some things.

what way do you want to transfer the video? in a cd for him to see in his computer or a vhs video?

Ahhh man know i want a prog that also records games as you play them so i can make a movie from motocross madness 2 like take cool jump scenes and put them together and add music after. :D

Can someone tell me a prgram that lets me record gameplay :) Ive tried camtasia and it works but it makes my computer lag like hell! :(

if ur computer has a tv out just hook it up to the tv and use a vcr tape to record :lol:

BTW yea fraps is a really good alternative when you are making gaming videos....however recording any type of video with a game that requires "some" ram, your computer can and probably WILL go slow..

u also need a big hard drive, a few days ago i used 5 gb on one small match <_<

would it be possible to get a graphics card with tv-out then record it to video and then use a tv card to record it back on to the pc then edit it or save as mpeg or whatever you plan to do?
