well the taskmanager claimed it was full load, but it was only like that for a few minets, so prolly about half-load. how would i know im at full load? and how long should i stay at full load?

Well you need to be a 100% CPU usage for longer than a few minutes before you start bragging about your low temps.
There are several methods of achieving this, BurnIn test, Folding@Home, etc.
Run one of those apps for a couple of hours and then tell us what your temps are.
