I'm a total newbie here, so be gentle with me. I have been able to successfully download one movie and a handful of songs, but after playing around with folders, every download I attempt says "failed". It never even begins. I have plenty of disc space, so someone please explain specifically and in layman's terms what I need to do to get goin again? Damsel in distress here!
