1st: I wanna know if it's possible to convert VCD movie files into SVCD ???
2nd: If yes, how do i do that
3rd: which programm do i need for that ?

I think what MM is trying to say is there is no point :lol:

They will not look any better, if anything they will look worse.

You will use more CDs.

They will work in fewer DVD Players.

edit: but yes, it's possible. TMPGEnc will do it I think, though I've never tried (for obvious reasons).
