when i download psx isos and when they are finished and the file isnt iso.

and its bin or cd1 or something like that how do i run it using a emulator without buring it on a cd-r

You can burn bins just like isos mate.

Look for a guide to using Daemon tools or Alcohol 120% and you can play without burning.
