How Can I Make My Isos Smaller?

i have about three and their all over 200 mb.

just cuz a iso is like 790mb doesnt mean its really 790mb on a cd..for some reason, iso's can be bigger than the cd itself

after i burn it can i put it in the cd-rom drive of my pc and run it using a psx emulator?

Yes. I'd recommend useing ePSXe (http://www.epsxe.com). You don't even have to burn them to play them. Useing ePSXe, you can just play the ISO's right off your harddrive.
