Not Connecting To The Internet

I'm not in my house, my ethernet light is not on on my DSL Modem and there is red x across my connection any Ideas.
I try rebooting, both modem and pc. that didnt work :helpsmile:

try to unplug the power to the modem for 45 seconds, replug, reboot. if that don't work call you isp to check for outages, tech support, pay your bill :santa:
