Yes, Winrar works with most of the popular formats, simply go to Options>Settings>Integration and choose the formats.

WinRAR opens just about everything besides Bin's.

Alcohol 120% is the best IMO. WinISO can open Bin's also.

well you don't waste hd space and time extracting it, so yea its way better
alcohol120% is great also, heck I think nero can mount drives virtually, but I just use daemon tools cause I'm used to it

powerarchiver (http://www.powerarchiver.com/) is good for filetypes because it does pretty much everything, but for CD images, I use WinISO (in the cases I have to open the CD image)
7-zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) is promising, but it doesn't do nearly as much as powerarchiver.
Hmmm... I didn't like WinRAR because you can't really use old versions, but it has some interesting and useful functions. When there came a point that WinRAR couldn't open a RAR file, I uninstalled it right away. I'm not going to use a compression filetype of which the compression algorithm keeps changing (to the point at which the program that made it doesn't know what to do with it) for every upgrade.
Well, to each his own.

Powerarchiver is slow as hell compared with WinRar.
