Help?

after i reboot the comp cuz of some sluggish performance and all the stupid programs hang on me.....there was an error screen b4 windows start taht basically says...there was something wrong so window is not starting to prevent it from damaging my comp....if you recently installed a new hardware / software please remove it in safe mode.

i recently installed a new sound card taht gave me problems w/ daemon tools and alcohol 120 (they wouldtn start) but all these problem occur after a week or two after the sound card was installed....after 6 tries, i finally got through the fucking mesaage and here typing this.....any help?

P.S. i really need to finish the other comp in case something like this happen...so i can still plea for help on the other comp.

Personally I would reformat or reinstall windows but thats not really a solution
