Do you mod GTA3?

I have I changed to Manana to go really fast and now the handling is so bad every time you try to turn the car flips. I also made some new lights and gave it new wheels, its a simple mod nothing complex

Actually i used to change the Textures for that game so i used to have matrix posters all over Liberty City....

Their is an editor called "car stat editor" something like that, and if you chagning the brakes power to a minus number, when you hit the brakes, the car has super speed like NOS :D


I cant find the editor anymore. :(

ive been searching google for car stat editor but most sites dont have the file on their servers.

you havnt played it yet?? Omg, you will prob love the game.. hurry! lol I remember playing it for like a few months strait awhile back. I use MTA:VC once in awhile now a days when i'm bored. (new update is actually comming out soon, hopefully fixes most of the bugs)

Character mods are damn easy, its just yuor stuck with the mesh, which means Skully would have a quiff, short hair and no boobs.
