how the ek can some1 block my IP from a forum? when my IP changes everytime i disconnect....also is there anyway around it???


ive cleaned my cookies etc but no look.

You shouldn't have got yourself banned in the first place :P
If your still unable to visit the forum then maybe your ip isn't changing ......

my IP definatly is changing because i run a webserver and everytime i disconnect it dont work. (as my ip changes).

they block your IP range (i think)

Most forum software lets you block entire IP ranges, like "255.255.255.*". That would block everything from 255.255.255.0 to 255.255.255.255.

So, basically, a number of other people using the same ISP as you will be unable to visit those forums also.
