wat's the best one out there? i'm guessing it's either cc generals or wc3 frozen throne

Depends if you want the build and rush tactics of C&C:G and WC3 or the real tactics of games like Medieval: Total War.

Instead of collecting gold from the conveniently placed mine/supply depot you start with about 100,000+ troops, and use them to wipe out the enemy's army.

It rules.

Theres no tactics, its click faster = kill faster.

On Medieval, you can employ real battlefield tactics.

You like the more arcadey strategy games.

Oh yeah Commandos 2 rules, Commandos 3 was more of the same.

and why nukes? 20 particle cannons and some A10 thunderbolts will blow ur ass away

I can tell just my looking that total war aint my kind of game...

i like the nuke graphics, especially on my kick ass redeon 9800 and just watch the mushroom cloud......

Dont listen to that guy about Medieval: Total War. I think you should take a look at it, its one of the best RTS's out there . :)

Personally, i really enjoyed Westwood's Emperor: Battle for Dune the most out of all the strategy games I played... too bad I can't get it to run on my win XP.. :(

empire earth is pretty good,it is like age of empire but wayy better.
c&c genreals cuz i hate the population thing in wc3,c&c gereals ssucks on my 32mb graphic card :frusty: but good game,fun to see the GLA kicking american ass.
i heard there is game called empire dawn of the mordern world,they say it kicks ass.

anywho y don't u try rise of nations??
