Easy Question Here...howto Cue File?

how do you make a cue file? i have the bin...ithink i need the cue file to convert it to an avi file using vcd gear.

Cue files are usless.

When u go to load the image just select the bin file.

If it doesnt let you load bin files just select *.* all files then choose the bin file.
