ok i have about 5 torrents going, a cuple of IE going and i can barely do anything, also my computer sounds like its doing a mile a minute

heres a screenshot:

what could all these hackers be coming for my computer for? why am i a target??

Try doing a whois on that ip ARIN whois (http://www.arin.net/whois/)

193.163.220.4 (http://193.163.220.4/) or just enter it into your browser like i did.

Uh uh, don't block anything until you know what it is, assuming you want to use that IRc that is.

But then again It might work anyway, try and see what happens.

steal ur bandwidth? no.... they can kinda cap it with trojan usage....but thats something else....

Once you've found it, just set a rule up so that all communication between you and that ip is blocked.

Replace zonealarm with Norton, it seems to work for bujub in this thread:

it has to do with the torrents you are downloading :)
