Playing A Svcd From A .bin/.cue File, How?

I have the Daredevil.bin's, that are svcd format. I dont need to burn it on a cd or anything, i just wanna watch it.

can i use vcd gear, to turn it into a mpg, so i can watch it on my pc? Is there something else to use?

a friend said there may not be stops, to track forward, or move somewhere in the video. is there a way to get them?

Okay, i used vcd gear, and now i have a mpg from SVCD bin file.

Im playing it in win media player, but i cant track forward, or jump ahead anywhere in the movie, is this normal? any way around this? an option on vcd gear maybe? can i convert it to something else to be able to track forward?

okay, can winmedia just not do that? used windvd, and it did all those features fine?
