Yeah I've heard of this and sounds like a great deal. If you want to check it out head over to gamespot.com. :)

How I understand it is that if you purchase Prince of Persia on the Gamecube then you get the Gamecube version of Splinter Cell. It's the same with the PS2 and XBox.

From GameSpot.com

Here's something to look forward to in 2004: Ubisoft has announced that, during the month of January, those who buy its highly acclaimed action adventure game, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, will get a free copy of its highly acclaimed stealth action game, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, as a bonus. The deal, which will be available "at all major retailers" according to Ubisoft, covers the PC, Xbox, GameCube, and PlayStation 2 versions of Prince of Persia; depending on which version gamers choose, they'll get the respective version of Splinter Cell. Specific details on how the bonus game will be redeemed were not available, and presumably, those who've already purchased Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time will not be eligible for the free offer. However, those holding off on picking up copies of both games will be in luck.

So how are these 2 games anyway? I've seen screenshots of Prince of Persia, it looks pretty good. I've also seen a video of Splinter Cell, never played it, but it looks cool. How are these 2 games?

So far I can't find a store with this offer...

KrackHead, you must know, as a mod and all, that Google knows more than anybody else.

Well of course I searched before asking. :P

I've read 2 Prince of Persia reviews and 1 Splinter Cell review already. I just wanted to know what the people here think about it, your opinions, thats all.

Oh, and I was hoping someone could tell me where I could get this offer, I did some searching and only found information I already know.

KrackHead. You're on a filesharing forum. You really think somebody will have bought the games?!

Prince of Peria is cool.
Splinter Cell rules also.

Yeah, thats true. I was thinking about getting one, but I'm afraid I'll screw up my Xbox.

Buy a pre-modded one.

Or get a professional to fit it.

Rip The Jacker

If I find a professional I will.

Until then, lets try and not hi-jack this thread. :)

The Xbox version is harder (that's why I like it better).

However, the guy at my job won't buy because he said it was TOO hard. :(

I guess I have to sell it to Gamestop or EB. <_<

@Krack- you're very welcome.

Oh you got it from Circuit City?

The alarm system on Xbox's Splinter Cell is what makes it harder than the other versions.

I wish there was some way of getting the extra mission from the PS2 version. I think it's in a warehouse.
